Periodic Inspection and Testing: In domestic properties, periodic inspection and testing is generally conducted every 5 years (or on change of tenant in rental properties), we provide this service for many landlords and letting agents.  For our customers with commercial properties, we carry out fixed wiring testing periodically to comply with current regulations.

PAT Testing: Portable appliance testing is usually carried out in public or commercial environments on a yearly basis and we provide this service to many of our customers. It tests for functionality in portable appliances, stationary equipment, hand held appliances, IT equipment and extension leads.

Fire Detection System testing and Emergency Lighting testing: We can conduct a formal inspection and test of any fire detection system and any emergency lighting system in a building, ensuring they fully comply with the latest requirements. Formal testing certificates are then issued to the customer upon completion.
